9:15-9:45 a.m. breakfast and socializing
9:45 a.m. greetings and warm-up
9:48-11:00 a.m. choir clinic with George Singleton
11:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon additional rehearsal
12:00 noon and on...please remember to vote for your after retreat preference below.
We are very pleased to welcome George Singleton, who will be leading us in a choir clinic. For more than twenty-two years, George was a member of The Singing Sergeants, the official chorus of the U.S. Air Force. He has served as soloist at Westmoreland Congregational United Church of Christ for thirty-three years, and served as director of the children’s choir for seven years. Additionally, he has sung both as soloist and as a member of Circle Singers, the Southern Maryland Choral Society, and for several years was the director of the USAF Officer’s Wives Club Chorus, The Skylarks.George is a graduate of Pfeiffer University, The American University, and has studied in the Opera School of the Mozarteum in Salzburg, Austria.
